Returns
All my items are custom-made, so there is generally no right of return. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is generally no right of withdrawal for consumers in the case of custom-made and tailor-made goods. This applies to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination is decisive. The exclusion also applies if production has not yet begun.
Nevertheless, I offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for my goods that do not have artwork/paintings customized to customer specifications.
If you wish to return a non-custom-made item, you can return it within 14 days.
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
